ThinkBright & Well's Education Department offers teacher training to school districts in Western New York. The focus is normally on the use of multimedia resorces and ThinkBright & Well's educational services. We are available to present to small groups of teachers, as well as being part of a larger staff development day.

The School Support Services team assists schools in maximizing instructional time, increasing academic achievement and reducing high school drop-out rates by establishing school-wide positive behavioral systems. These systems, such as Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), contribute to a school climate that is conducive to both teaching and learning, which ultimately provide a firm foundation for the academic success of all students.

The mission of the Buffalo Teacher Resource Center is to provide opportunities for educators to participate in professional growth and applied practice to enable all students to meet the NYS learning standards.
